The weather is starting to change from hot to really hot. Today we had a signing with We Came As Romans that went really well. Don’t forget, everyday we have cut the line passes for mainstage bands but come to the tent as soon as you get to the venue because they go pretty quickly.

This is probably my favorite venue. Though everyone wishes the Chipotle at the venue was open. We had a fun day! All the non-profits were in its own grassy area which allowed a lot of people to find us easily.

We got new stickers and a button pack that we are excited about. We will be announcing daily specials so keep an eye on the twitter!

We had an awesome day! Our bus arrived late but our friend Whitney from Boarding for Breast Cancer set our tent up for us. Natalie and Marissa from the 11:11A.M. Staff also helped out today. It’s rare that all of us are in the same state so it’s great to see them.

Tour life is a unique life to say the least. We wake up around 7:30 am and work until 9pm sometimes. We are definitely not complaining because we love what we do. We sold a lot of DVDs today to people who didn’t know what Dear Jack was which is always great to see new people interested in the cause.

We have a day off tomorrow, we’ll be posting more pics tomorrow!

This venue is probably the largest one we’ve been to so far. I think I climbed a mountain today. We had a pretty good spot today being behind the large schedule. We weren’t in our usual non-profit world but definitely worked out in the end. We had someone come up today who had not even heard of Dear Jack and donate money because of a personal experience. It’s always great to hear stories of those who have battled cancer, so if you have one, please come to the tent and share yours!

We are heading into Canada tonight so we won’t be able to update as much. But we will be sure to make a large update when we get back to the states.
